摘 要:氢气常被作为发电机主流冷却气体,但因氢气具有易燃易爆特性,因此保证氢冷发电机壳体具有良好的气密性至关重要。目前通常采用理想气体状态方程作差法来计算单日氢冷发电机壳体氢气泄漏量,但是这种方法的计算结果受到单个采样点影响较大。针对氢气泄漏量计算结果不稳定问题,本研究提出了一种基于拟合方程的发电机壳体单日氢气泄漏量计算方法。首先,采集容器内部压力与温度,并采用理想气体状态方程计算气体体积;其次,以时间作自变量气体体积作为因变量进行方程拟合,并根据拟合优度判定拟合有效性;最后,根据拟合方程斜率与经验公式计算单日氢气泄漏量。为了验证所提方法的有效性,采用SPL-H6型氢冷发电机壳体进行实验。实验结果表明,基于拟合方程不仅能够准确计算单日氢气泄漏量,且相比较于传统计算方式具有更好的稳定性,本文提出的氢气泄漏计算方法能够为氢冷发电机壳体气密性判定提供有效的理论指导。Hydrogen is the widely-used cooling gas for generator,however,due to its flammable and explosive nature of hydrogen,it is crucial to ensure good airtightness of the hydrogen-cooled generator shell.Currently,the difference method of ideal gas state equation is usually used to calculate the hydrogen leakage of the hydrogen-cooled generator shell in a single day.However,the results of calculation by this method are greatly influenced by individual sampling points,which leads to unstable results in the calculation of hydrogen leakage.To address this issue,this study proposes a new method for calculating the daily hydrogen leakage of the generator shell based on a fitting equation.The method first collects the pressure and temperature inside the container,and uses the ideal gas state equation to calculate the gas volume,then fits the equation with time as the independent variable and gas volume as the dependent variable,determining the availability of fitting by the goodness-of-fit.Finally,the daily leakage of hydrogen is obtained according to the slope of the fitting equation and the empirical formula.To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,the SPL-H6 hydrogen-cooled generator shell is applied to experiments.The experimental results show that the method based on fitting equation can not only accurately calculate the daily leakage of hydrogen,but also has better stability compared with the traditional calculation method.The proposed method for calculation of hydrogen leakage provides an effective theoretical guidance for the judgement of airtightness of hydrogen-cooled generator shell.
