摘 要:为研究辐照剂量对医用一次性防护服材料流变性能的影响,对比不同γ-辐射剂量下医用一次性防护服材料流变性能的变化。结果表明:复数黏度[η^(*)]在辐照剂量30 kGy时,低频区域出现明显的剪切稀化现象,并且低频的[η^(*)]高于未辐照样品;储能模量G′在辐照剂量30 kGy时,低频区域G′最大;低频区域损耗角正切tanδ随着辐照剂量的增加而减小,体系弹性增加,呈现类液态向类固态属性转变;通过相角δ-复数模量[G^(*)]、Han′s、Cole-Cole、[η^(*)]-[G^(*)]这4种模型证明了材料由类液态向类固态转变;时间扫描随辐照剂量的增加G′降低;温度扫描未辐照和30 kGy辐照样品的G′随着温度增加而降低,而50和70 kGy辐照样品的G′随着温度增加呈现先降低后升高的趋势。本研究揭示了不同剂量γ-辐射对医用一次性防护服材料流变性能的变化规律。In order to study the effect ofγ-irradiation dose on the rheological performance of medical disposable protective clothings,the changes of rheological properties of medical disposable protective clothings under diffrentγ-irradiation effect are compared.The results show that when the irradiation dose is 30 kGy,there exists an obvious shear thinning phenomenon in the low frequency region,and the complex viscosity values([η^(*)])of the irradiated samples at low frequency are higher than that of the unirradiated samples;Besides,the energy storage modulus(G′)at the low frequency presents the maximum value when the irradiation dosage is 30 kGy.The tangent value of loss angle(tanδ)in the low frequency area decreases with the increase of radiation dose,and the system elasticity increases,changing from liquid-like to solid-like state.This is proved by four models of the phase angle(δ)-complex number modulus([G^(*)]),Han′s,Cole-Cole,and[η^(*)]-[G^(*)].The time scan indicates that G′decreases with the increase of irradiation doses;and the temperature scan indicates that G′of unirradiated and 30 kGy irradiated samples decrease with the temperature increase,while the values of 50 kGy and 70 kGy irradiated samples decrease first and then increase with the rise of temperature.The results reveal the changing law of rheological performance of medical disposable protective clothings under different doses of γ-irradiations.
