摘 要:压杆是斜拉桥桥塔板起式竖向转体工艺中的重要组成结构,通过耳板、销轴与主塔相连。转体过程中,连接结点承受压力和弯矩耦合作用,安全性较小。为了保证结构安全,本文利用有限元方法对压杆与主塔连接结点进行转体过程中的受力分析。在表现为应力峰值的部位布设测点,利用带温补型光纤光栅应变传感器精度高、抗干扰能力强的优点对结构表面测点进行应力、应变监测。将转体中测点实测应力数据与有限元计算峰值进行对比,当实测值低于模拟值时可判断结构安全。对光纤光栅应变传感器输出光波信号进行频域分析,当信号主频及功率谱密度在转体过程中变化不大时可判断结构安全。2种方法点面结合,可以较为准确地对结构进行安全评估。The compressive bar is an important structure in the vertical rotating process of the tray of a cable-stayed bridge.It is connected to the main tower through the lug plate and the pin shaft.In the process of rotation,the connecting node bears the coupling effect of pressure and bending moment,so the safety is small.In order to ensure safety of the structure,the finite element method is used to analyze the stress of the connection node between the compressive bar and the main tower in the process of rotation.The measuring points are arranged at the position where the stress peak appears,and the stress and strain of the measuring points on the surface of the structure are monitored by taking advantage of the high precision and strong anti-interference ability of the fiber grating strain sensors with temperature compensation.Comparing the measured stress data of measuring points in the rotation with the peak value calculated by the finite element method,the structure can be judged as safety when the measured value is lower than the simulated value.The optical wave signals output by the fiber grating strain sensor are analyzed in frequency domain,and the structure can be judged as safe when the main frequency and power spectral density of the signal change little in the process of rotation.By combining the two point and surface methods,the safety of structure can be accurately evaluated.
