摘　　要：作为中药炮制的重要技术之一,煨制法具有悠久的历史,而在转变药性,降低毒副作用方面极具特色。现今为了将煨制技术更好地推广使用,在规范化研究中已取得了一些成绩,但仍有很大的发展空间。本文从煨制工艺、煨后饮片质量等方面对煨制技术的规范化研究成果与不足进行总结与展望。The simmering method which has a long history is one of the important technologies for the processing of traditional Chinese medicine,and it is very distinctive in transforming the medicinal properties and reducing toxic side effects.Nowadays,some achievements have been made in standardized research to better promote the use of simmering process technology,but there is still a lot of room for development.This paper summarized and prospected the normalized research achievements and shortcomings of simmering technology in the aspects of simmering process and quality of pieces after simmering.
