摘　　要：铁路装卸设备是铁路货运生产的重要支撑,装卸设备的配置配备及运用维护管理水平对铁路装卸作业效率质量以及铁路货物运输安全的影响至关重要。分析铁路装卸设备管理业务需求,梳理业务流程,基于铁路货运生产作业与管控平台,设计构建铁路装卸设备管理应用,建立装卸设备全寿命周期管理体系,基于全路唯一编码构建全寿命周期电子履历,通过数据融合与集成共享,实现业务流程化智能化管理,实现设备运用维护与生产作业协同联动,加强设备数据资产管理及综合分析运用,为设备管理提供科学量化决策支持,推动设备运用质量和管理水平进一步提升。Railway loading and unloading equipment is an important foundation for railway freight production.The configuration,operation,and maintenance management levels of the equipment are of great importance to the efficiency and quality of railway loading and unloading operations and the safety of railway freight transportation.This paper analyzed the business needs of railway loading and unloading equipment management,sorted out the business processes,designed and constructed railway loading and unloading equipment management application based on the railway freight production and control platform,established a full life cycle management system of loading and unloading equipment and the full life cycle electronic resume based on the unique railway code.Through data fusion,integration,and sharing,the paper implemented intelligent management of business processes and the cooperation between production operation and equipment operation and maintenance,strengthened the equipment data asset management and comprehensive analysis and application,provided scientific and quantitative decision support for equipment management,and promoted equipment application quality and management level.
