摘  要:中老铁路是我国与东南亚地区间一条便捷的国际物流通道,是推动“一带一路”建设的重点项目。中老铁路自开通运营以来,客货运输呈现量质齐升的态势,运输需求也不断提升。在梳理中老铁路客货运输现状的基础上,对影响国内段和国外段运输能力的因素进行分析,针对通道能力紧张、口岸站能力不足及配套设备和设施不完善等问题,提出完善线路及配套设施、提升口岸站作业能力、优化通关程序、提高列车牵引定数,以及加强运输组织等措施,最大限度提升中老铁路的运输能力,不断满足日益增长的运输需求,为促进我国与东南亚进出口贸易发挥更加积极的作用。The China-Laos Railway,a convenient international logistics channel between China and Southeast Asia,is a key project to promote the“Belt and Road Initiative”.Since the opening of the China-Laos Railway,passenger and cargo transport has shown a trend of rising quantity and quality,and the demand for transport capacity has also been constantly rising.On the basis of the current situation of passenger and cargo transport of the China-Laos Railway,the factors affecting the transport capacity of domestic and foreign sections were analyzed.Due to the shortage of channel capacity,the insufficient capacity of port stations,and the imperfect supporting equipment and facilities,it is proposed to improve the line and supporting facilities,expand the operation capacity of port stations,optimize the customs clearance procedure,increase the number of train traction,and strengthen the transport organization and other measures.It aims to maximize the transport capacity of the China-Laos Railway,constantly meet the growing traffic demand,and play a more active role in promoting our import and export trade between China and Southeast Asia.
