摘 要:依据港口、企业集疏运现状,系统梳理各类卸车机械设备工艺及特点,围绕作业效率高、环保性能强的翻车机卸车方式,对其系统构成、工作原理、列车在卸车站的技术作业流程、站型布置及适用条件进行深入分析。另结合卸车、机车换挂、列检、车列运输等技术作业时分标准,研究分析铁路货物线能力计算方法,提出不同站型布置、不同等级翻车机设备条件下,卸车场站规模与卸车作业能力的匹配情况。研究成果为新建铁路卸车站方案设计提供详细参考,可根据预测运量,在满足能力要求基础下,合理化搭配卸车线和翻车设备数量,从而避免工程浪费。According to the present situation of collection and distribution of ports and enterprises,this paper systematically combed the technology and characteristics of all kinds of unloading machinery and equipment and revolved around the unloading mode of dumpers with high operation efficiency and strong environmental protection performance.This paper made an in-depth analysis of the system structure,working principle,technical operation flow,station layout,and applicable conditions of the train at the unloading station.In addition,combined with the technical operation time standards of unloading,changing and hanging of locomotives,train inspection,and train transportation,this paper analyzed the calculation method of railway freight line capacity and put forward the matching between the size of the unloading station and the unloading capacity under different station layouts and different grades of dumper equipment.The research results provide a detailed reference for the scheme design of the new railway unloading station,or in other words,according to the forecast traffic volume,on the basis of meeting the capacity requirements,the number of unloading lines and dumper equipment are rationally allocated,so as to avoid engineering waste.
