摘  要:针对微电子封装行业中的选择性波峰焊技术需求,提出一种基于直流传导式电磁泵的解决方案.通过模拟仿真直角型、过渡型和锥型3种形状电磁泵流道阀体内部电流密度、出口速度、出口压力、体积力等因素,分析电磁泵内部金属流体行为规律,以确定最适合锡液喷射的流道阀体形状,并进一步通过正交仿真模型优化阀体结构尺寸.最后将具有优化结构的波峰发生器与优化前的进行对比实验.结果表明:锥型流道阀体能将电场和磁场较大程度地转化为动力,其能源利用率和驱动力最大,最适合锡液喷射.其优化尺寸为长38 mm,宽6 mm,高61 mm;优化后的波峰发生器的波峰高度和出口速度提高17.9%和50%.Aiming at the demand of selective wave soldering technology in microelectronic packaging industry,a solution based on DC conductive electromagnetic pump is proposed.To determine the most suitable valve body shape of flow channel for tin liquid injection,the behavior of metal fluid in the electromagnetic pump is analyzed by simulating the internal current density,outlet velocity,outlet pressure,volume force,and other factors in the flow channel of 3 different valve body shapes(right angle,transition and cone).At the same time,the valve body structure of flow channel has also been optimized through orthogonal simulation model.Finally,a comparative experiment of optimized peak generator and the pre-optimized one were conducted.The results show that the valve body with conical channel can convert electric and magnetic fields into energy to the maximum extent,with the highest energy utilization and driving force,making it the most suitable channel shape for tin liquid injection.The optimized channel size is 38 mm in length,6 mm in width,and 61 mm in height.The optimized peak generator has a significant increase in peak height and outlet speed,which increased by 17%and 50%respectively.
