摘  要:在GB 50608—2020《纤维增强复合材料建设工程应用技术规范》中,纤维增强聚合物(FRP)筋混凝土梁受剪承载力计算方法尚不能很好地反映尺寸效应及剪跨比的影响。为此,搜集了650组FRP筋混凝土梁受剪承载力研究数据(其中无腹筋梁511组,有腹筋梁139组),并采用灰度关联法,分析剪跨比、尺寸效应、纵筋配筋率及配箍率对FRP筋混凝土梁受剪承载力影响的重要程度,提出考虑尺寸效应、纵筋配筋率、剪跨比影响的受剪承载力修正系数及箍筋影响安全系数,结合GB 50608—2020中的计算公式,建立修正的FRP筋混凝土梁受剪承载力计算方法。通过与试验数据的对比,验证了该方法的有效性。研究结果表明:修正的受剪承载力计算公式可以较好地反映剪跨比、尺寸效应及配筋率的影响规律,且从受剪承载力计算结果的均值、变异系数和安全度等方面均有改进,可应用于FRP筋混凝土梁受剪设计。The proposed method in GB 50608—2020“Technical specification for construction engineering application of fiber reinforced composites”still cannot consider the influence of size effect and shear-span ratio on shear capacity of fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)reinforced concrete beams.In this paper,650 groups of shear capacity experimental data of FRP reinforced concrete beams(including 511 groups of beams without stirrup and 139 groups of beams with stirrup)were collected.Based on this,the gray correlation method was used to reveal the importance of shear-span ratio,structural size,longitudinal reinforcement ratio and stirrup ratio on the shear capacity of FRP reinforced concrete beams.The correction coefficient of important factors(size effect,longitudinal reinforcement ratio and shear-span ratio)and the safety factor of stirrup ratio were proposed.Combined with the calculation formula in GB 50608—2020,a new calculation method of shear capacity of FRP reinforced concrete beams was established.The efficiency of the proposed method has been evaluated by comparing the calculated shear strength with the experimental data.The results show that the modified calculation formula can better reflect the influence law of shear-span ratio,structural size and longitudinal reinforcement ratio,and has obvious advantages in terms of mean value,coefficient of variation and safety factor.It can be used in the shear design of FRP reinforced concrete beams.
