摘  要:拉索端部的锚固系统作为预应力结构关键节点,在设计过程中依赖于工程经验。为得到热铸锚承载力的计算方法,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立高钒索端头热铸锚的有限元模型,并通过两个直径36 mm高钒索拔出试验进行验证后,研究钢丝锚固长度、钢丝插入铸料的倾角、钢丝数量、钢丝直径对于端头热铸锚黏结性能的影响,进而提出群丝效应系数以表征群丝黏结强度的下降,拟合得到热铸锚受拉承载力的计算公式。结果表明:使用Sping2单元模拟钢丝与合金铸体的黏结效应可行;单丝拔出有限元模型模拟结果与已有单丝试验的荷载-滑移曲线吻合;群丝效应系数与钢丝插入铸料角度正相关,与钢丝的数量、直径、锚固长度负相关;所提出的高钒索端头热铸锚的承载力预测公式计算误差不大于8%。The anchoring system at the end of cable,as a key node of the prestressed structure,depends on engineering experience in the design process.In order to get the calculation method of the bearing capacity of hot-casting socket,the authors presented the finite element models of high vanadium cables and hot casting socket in ABAQUS to study the effect of anchoring length of steel wire,angle of steel wire,number of steel wire and diameter of steel wire on bond property of hot-casting socket,and model was verified by two 36 mm high vanadium cable pull-out tests.The effect coefficient of wire group was put forward to explain the decrease of bonding strength of wire group.A prediction formula for tensile bearing capacity of hot-cast anchor was proposed.The results show that it is feasible to use Sping2 element to simulate the bonding mechanism between steel wire and alloy cast.The finite element model of single wire pull-out is in good comparison with the load-slippage curves of existing single wire tests.The effect coefficient of wire group is positively related to the angle of wire,and negatively related to the number,diameter and anchorage length of wires.The calculation error of the bearing capacity prediction formula of high vanadium cable end hot cast anchor is less than 8%.
