摘 要:“新文科”是一种针对传统文科技术变革教育提出的新理念。学前教育专业人才培养是一项基础性的复杂工作,需要高校、教育行政部门、幼儿园等相关部门协同创新人才培养机制。目前,所有地方高校都在结合自身办学定位创新专业人才培养模式,以此满足社会对学前教育人才的需要。拟以黑河学院为例从新文科背景下地方高校学前教育专业人才培养目标定位、人才培养存在的问题、专业育人模式的构想三个方面进行分析。针对新文科背景下如何构建学前教育专业人才培养模式列举了黑河学院的一些具体做法,为地方高校在专业人才培养方面给予借鉴和参考,构建适合该校本专业的人才培养模式,以培养更多满足社会需要的专业人才。“New liberal arts”is a new concept proposed for the educational technique transformation of traditional literal arts.The cultivation of talents for preschool education is a basic and complex work,which requires colleges and universities,educational administrative departments,kindergartens and other relevant interest departments collaborate and innovate the talent cultivation mechanism.At present,all local colleges and universities are innovating professional talent training models in combination with their own school positioning to meet the needs of society for preschool education talents.Taking Heihe University as an example,this paper aims at analyzing three aspects:the cultivation orientation of preschool education talents in local colleges and universities under the background of new liberal arts;problems in talent cultivation;the conception of professional education model.This paper lists some specific practices of Heihe University on how to construct the training model of preschool education talents under the background of new liberal arts,so as to provide references for local colleges and universities in the training of professional talents,and build the training model suitable for the school′s own specialties in order to cultivate more talents to meet the needs of society.
