摘 要:调速阀在液压系统中有着十分重要的地位,针对调速阀不可避免的内漏问题,概述其形成的原因,并建立了AMESim调速回路仿真模型,对回路不同工作负载情况下的工作流量及泄漏量特性进行分析,再对恒定负载不同缝隙尺寸下的系统进行仿真,基于此对泄漏如何影响执行元件工况做出总结。结果表明系统工作状况发生显著变化的原因在于泄漏引起的实际流量下降导致执行元件工作能力减弱,并通过雷诺数反馈得到介质流动状态发生改变。鉴于此,针对调速阀泄漏故障,有了更加准确的判断依据,对于实际调速回路的检修和维护也有重要的参考意义。The speed control valve plays a very important role in the hydraulic system.Aiming at the inevitable internal leakage problem of the speed control valve,the causes of its formation are summarized,and the AMESim speed control loop simulation model is established in the research.The working flow and leakage characteristics of the loop under different working loads are analyzed,and then the system under different gap sizes of constant load is simulated.Based on this,a summary of how the leakage affects the operating conditions of the actuator is presented.The results show that the reason for the significant change of the working condition of the system is that the decrease of the actual flow caused by the leakage leads to the weakening of the working ability of the actuator,and the flow state of the medium is changed by the Reynolds number feedback.In view of this,there is a more accurate basis for determining leakage in speed control valves,which is also an important reference for the maintenance and repair of actual speed control circuits.
