摘 要:生物炭以其疏松多孔结构、良好的重金属吸附性能,以及为微生物生长和活动提供适宜的生存条件引起了人们极大关注.综述了生物炭及其联合微生物修复重金属污染土壤的研究进展,重点分析了生物炭固定土壤重金属的机理及其修复重金属污染土壤的影响因素.总结了生物炭-微生物联合修复重金属污染土壤的作用机制,包括生物炭为微生物提供生长空间和营养物质、改善土壤环境、改变土壤酶活性、影响微生物之间的交流、降低污染物对微生物的毒害等.最后,探究了生物炭-微生物联合修复重金属污染土壤过程中存在的问题及今后的发展方向,以期为生物炭治理与修复重金属污染土壤提供理论依据,对改善和提高污染土壤资源开发利用具有重要的现实意义.Biochar has attracted great attention due to its loose porous structure,good heavy metal adsorption performance,and suitable living conditions for microbial growth and activity.The research progress of biochar and its combined microorganism in remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil is reviewed.The mechanism of biochar fixation of heavy metal in soil and its influencing factors in remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil are emphatically analyzed.The mechanism of biochar-microorganism joint remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil is summarized,including that biochar provides growth space and nutrients for microorganisms,improves soil environment,changes soil enzyme activity,affects the communication between microorganisms,and reduces the toxicity of pollutants to microorganisms.Finally,the existing problems and future development directions in the process of biochar-microorganism combined remediation of heavy metal-contaminated soil are explored,in order to provide theoretical basis for biochar treatment and remediation of heavy metal-contaminated soil,which has important practical significance for improving and enhancing the development and utilization of contaminated soil resources.
