摘 要:为明确氟啶虫胺腈对棉蚜Aphis gossypii的亚致死效应,利用生命表和实时荧光定量PCR技术测定亚致死浓度氟啶虫胺腈处理后父代(F0)及其F1和F2子代棉蚜的生物学参数及生长发育相关基因的表达量。结果显示,氟啶虫胺腈对成蚜的LC_(10)和LC_(30)分别为0.48μg/m L和1.53μg/m L。LC_(10)和LC_(30)氟啶虫胺腈处理后F0代棉蚜成蚜寿命分别为12.62 d和13.19 d,显著高于对照(10.03 d),LC_(10)处理后F0代产蚜量为27.84头,显著高于对照(23.13头),而LC_(30)处理后F0代产蚜量为21.18头,与对照差异不显著。与对照相比,LC_(10)和LC_(30)处理后F1代的若蚜发育历期和总寿命显著延长,产蚜前期显著缩短;LC_(10)处理后F1代的成蚜寿命显著延长,而LC_(30)处理后F1代总产蚜前期和产蚜天数显著缩短;LC_(10)和LC_(30)处理后F1代的平均世代周期显著延长。与对照相比,LC_(10)处理后F2代的产蚜天数(10.46 d)、内禀增长率(0.439)、周限增长率(1.551)、净增殖率(52.77)和总繁殖率(60.79)均显著升高,LC_(30)处理后F2代各项参数无显著变化。LC_(10)处理后F0代成蚜体内卵黄蛋白原(vitellogenin,Vg)基因显著上调表达,在LC_(30)处理后F1代成蚜体内蜕皮激素受体(ecdysone receptor,Ec R)基因和保幼激素环氧水解酶(juvenile hormone epoxide hydrolase,JHEH)基因显著下调表达,F2代成蚜体内JHEH基因显著下调表达。总之,氟啶虫胺腈对棉蚜存在明显的刺激性亚致死效应及跨代效应,且与棉蚜生长发育、繁殖相关基因的变化可能与亚致死效应密切相关。To clarify the effect of sublethal concentrations of sulfoxaflor on the cotton aphid Aphis gos-sypii,the effects of sublethal concentrations of sulfoxaflor on the biological parameters of the parents(F0)and their offspring(F1 and F2)were investigated by using age-stage life tables,and the change in the expression of important genes related with growth and development was examined by quantitative real-time PCR.The LC_(10)and LC_(30)values of sulfoxaflor against the cotton aphid after 48 h were 0.48 and 1.53µg/mL,respectively.After treated with the LC_(10)and LC_(30)concentrations of sulfoxaflor,the F0 adult longevity was 12.62 d and 13.19 d,respectively,longer than that of the control(10.03 d).The fecundity of F0 adults treated with sulfoxaflor at LC_(10)(27.84)was significantly higher than that of the control(23.13),while the fecundity of F0 adults treated with sulfoxaflor at LC_(30)(21.18)was not significantly dif-ferent from the control.Compared with the control,the pre-adult duration and total longevity of F1 aphids treated with sulfoxaflor at LC_(10)and LC_(30)were significantly longer,with a significantly shortened pre-oviposition period.The longevity of F1 aphids treated with sulfoxaflor at LC_(10)was significantly lon-ger than that of the control,and the total preoviposition period and oviposition days of F1 aphids treated with sulfoxaflor at LC_(30)were significantly shortened than that of the control.The mean generation time after LC_(10)and LC_(30)treatment was significantly longer than that of the control.The oviposition period(10.46 d),intrinsic rate of increase(0.439),finite rate of increase(1.551),net reproductive rate(52.77)and total reproductive rate(60.79)of F2 aphids treated with sulfoxaflor at LC_(10)were significantly higher than those of the control.There was no significant change in the parameters under LC_(30)treatment.The expression of vitellogeni(Vg)was up-regulated dramatically in F0 aphids treated with sulfoxaflor at LC_(10),while the expression of ecdysone receptor(EcR)was down-regula
