摘 要:采用一锅法自由基共聚分别制备了具有不同环氧含量的聚乙二醇化二元共聚物(PPG),探究了其作为有机预鞣剂与铝鞣剂之间的协同鞣制作用。结果表明,PPG与Al(Ⅲ)具有良好的结合鞣制效果,PPG预鞣能够有效提高铝鞣坯革的热稳定性和机械强度,并且鞣制效果随共聚物环氧基含量的变大而增强。此外,环氧基可通过共价交联封闭胶原氨基,从而能够实现无盐浸酸作用。PPG-Al结合鞣制能够从源头上避免使用铬鞣剂和中性盐,在清洁化制革领域具有良好的应用潜力。The PEGylated epoxy copolymer(PPG)with different epoxy content was synthesized via one-pot free radical copolymerization.The PPG was further used as an organic pretanning agent,and the synergistic tanning effects of PPG and aluminum tanning agents were examined.According to the findings,there are good combination tanning effects between PPG and Al(Ⅲ).The thermal stability and mechanical strength of the aluminum tanned leather can be improved by PPG pretanning,and the tanning effects are strengthened with the increasing epoxy content in PPG.Moreover,the epoxy can block collagen amino groups by covalent cross-linking and achieving salt-free pickling.PPG-Al combination tanning can eliminate the use of chrome tanning agents and neutral salt from the source,which makes it has good application potential in the field of clean leather manufacturing.
