摘  要:国家“互联网+先进制造业”的战略布局正助力皮革工业向数字化、智能化转型升级,这对皮革专业人才的知识技能和综合素质提出了新要求,促进了高校轻化工程专业皮革方向人才培养模式的改革创新。本文针对皮革行业发展的需求和当前皮革方向人才培养过程中存在的问题,从师资队伍建设、课程体系修订、科研和虚拟仿真教学平台建设、多方协同育人模式等方面对人才培养改革进行了研究,为面向数字经济时代我国皮革乃至轻工行业高层次复合型技术人才培养模式改革提供参考。The strategic layout of national“Internet plus advanced manufacturing”is promoting the transformation and upgrade of leather industry from a traditional automated manufacturing model to a digital and intelligent manufac⁃turing mode.It puts forward new requirements for the knowledge,skills and comprehensive qualities of leather profes⁃sionals and prompts the innovation and reform of talent training model of light chemical engineering major(leather as⁃pect).Aiming at the current problems in the process of the talent cultivation of light chemical engineering and the needs of leather industry,some thoughts have been were made on the reform of talents training,regarding on the con⁃struction of teaching staff,the revision of the curriculums system,the construction of the scientific research and virtual simulation teaching platforms and the multi-party collaborative education model.It provides references for the reform of high-level composite technical talents training model in China's leather and even light industry in the digital econo⁃my era.
