超细纤维合成革鞋面运动鞋的性能优势与发展前景研究

摘　　要：超细纤维合成革是一种重要的工业、生活用品加工材料,具有广阔的发展前景。针对超细纤维合成革材料在运动鞋生产领域的应用进行分析,认为超细纤维合成革在运动鞋中的应用主要集中在鞋面方面;针对超细纤维合成革运动鞋的主要制作工艺进行总结,认为对于现代运动鞋加工而言,超细纤维合成革的应用可以全面降低运动鞋整体质量,能够为穿着人员提供良好的舒适性、透气性等。Microfiber synthetic leather is an important industrial and daily necessities processing material with broad development prospects.The application of microfiber synthetic leather material in the field of sports shoes pro⁃duction was analyzed,it is believed that the application of microfiber synthetic leather in sports shoes mainly focuses on the upper.The main manufacturing processes of microfiber synthetic leather sports shoes were suymmarized,and it is pointed out that for modern sports shoes processing,the application of microfiber synthetic leather can comprehen⁃sively reduce the overall weight of sports shoes and provide good comfort,breathability,and other benefits for the wearer.
