摘  要:跑步是大众参与度较高的体育运动,简单易行,且有益于身心健康。同时,与跑步相关的运动损伤一直居高不下,其中踝关节是最易受累部位,因此如何降低运动损伤、保护双足成为探讨的重点话题,在这一背景下极简跑鞋应运而生。本研究将30名男性大学生作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组两个组别,各15名,分别穿极简跑鞋与普通跑鞋跑步,采用Bertec三维测力跑台、Vicon三维红外摄像机对跑者踝关节运动生物力学数据进行采集,以观察足跟着地动作下极简跑鞋的优势。Running is a sport with high public participation.It is simple and easy to operate,and is beneficial to physical and mental health.At the same time,the sports injury related to running has always been high,and the an⁃kle joint is the most vulnerable part.Therefore,how to reduce the sports injury and protect the feet has become the fo⁃cus of discussion.Under this background,the minimalist running shoes came into being.The study collected 30 male college students as research subjects,and randomly divided them into two groups:the observation group and the con⁃trol group,15 in each group.They were running in minimalist running shoes and ordinary running shoes respectively.The biomechanical data of the runners'ankle joints were collected using the Bertec three-dimensional dynamometer and Vicon three-dimensional infrared camera to observe the advantages of the minimalist running shoes under the heel landing action.
