摘　　要：台肩式金属密封特殊扣油套管通过精确尺寸设计、制造及合理的上扣装配满足整个管柱气密封完整性。该类特殊扣实际生产与井口下入的装配过程中,经常会遇到上扣曲线误判导致油套管损坏、泄漏等异常,增加了油气开采的成本与不安全因素。介绍了台肩式金属密封特殊扣主要结构、工作机理、典型上扣曲线的分析判定,明确上扣曲线判断扭矩拐点、圈数等关键参数与计算方法,对台肩式金属密封特殊扣油套管现场上扣操作具有参考意义。The shoulder type premium connection OCTG meets the pipe string gas-tight integrity through precise design,manufacturing and reasonable make-up.In the actual production and rig running,it is often encountered that the make-up curve is misjudged,resulting in abnormal damage and leakage of tubing and casing,which increases the cost and unsafe factors of oil and gas production.The structure,running mechanism,analysis and judgment of the typical make-up curve were introduced,and the key parameters and methods of torque shoulder and turns were defined,which have reference significance for rig running of shoulder type premium connection OCTG.
