摘 要:连杆是发动机的关键零件,某连杆在胀断过程中发生掉渣爆口缺陷,连杆材料为46MnVS6。通过成分分析、金相组织观察、断口扫描分析等手段,对连杆裂解掉渣的原因进行了全面分析。结果显示:连杆掉渣样件的原始材料符合连杆制造要求,但因连杆断面晶粒尺寸大小不均且出现贝氏体组织,导致材料脆性增加,从而导致连杆在裂解过程中的细晶粒区域发生掉渣。研究了46MnVS6连杆的裂解特点和规律,揭示了缺陷产生原因和机理并提出相应解决措施。Connecting rod is a type of key component of the automotive engine.A connecting rod made of 46MnVS6 steel has defects during the fracture splitting process.This study has made research on defects failure reasons of the connecting rod by means of chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,SEM analysis,et al.The result shows that the original material of the connecting rod was in conformity with the manufacturing requirement,but due to the mixed grain size and enormous bainite,the brittleness of materials increased,so that a connecting rod has defects during fracture splitting at the fine grain size region.The fracture-splitting characteristics and laws of the 46MnVS6 connecting rod were investigated,the causes and mechanisms of the defects that occurred were revealed and corresponding solutions were proposed.
