摘  要:冷轧废水是钢铁企业产生的一种特殊废水,因酸洗废水处理中采取投加石灰作为中和措施,导致冷轧废水钙硬度高,在废水零排放实践中需采取化学软化、离子交换工序降低废水中钙硬度以满足工艺需求。通过优化处理工艺、周期性更换挤干辊实现源头废水减量;制定酸再生异常排放处置方案,稳定、有效地将冷轧废水出水钙硬度由1 200 mg/L降低至400 mg/L以下;取消深度处理前预处理工艺,简化了处理工艺的同时提升出水水质,保障了系统的稳定运行,降低了系统运行成本。Cold rolling wastewater is special wastewater produced by iron and steel enterprises,because the pickling wastewater treatment takes lime as neutralization measures,resulting in cold rolling wastewater usually with high calcium hardness content.The practice of zero wastewater discharge needs to take chemical softening and ion exchange processes to reduce the calcium hardness in wastewater to meet the process demand,through the optimization of the treatment process and the periodic replacement of the squeeze roll to achieve the reduction of source wastewater.Then the development of an acid regeneration abnormal discharge disposal plan reduces the calcium hardness of cold rolling wastewater effluent from 1200 mg/L to less than 400 mg/L effectively.By canceling the pretreatment process advanced treatment,the treatment process is simplified,the effluent quality is improved,the stable operation of the system is guaranteed,and the operation cost of the system is reduced.
