摘　　要：张謇作为我国著名的爱国实业家、优秀企业家代表,其精神内涵对当代大学生创新创业教育具有重大指导价值。文章探究张謇企业家精神融入大学生创新创业教育的可显效、可复制、可借鉴、可推广的实践路径,为高校培育一流的创新创业型人才提供理论支持和实践遵循。As famous patriotic industrialists and outstanding entrepreneurs'representatives in our country,Zhang Jian's spiritual connotation has great guiding value for innovation and entrepreneurship education of contemporary university students.This paper probes into the practical path of obvious,replicable,referable and popularization for Zhang Jian Entrepreneurship to integrate into college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education,so as to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for universities to cultivate first-class innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
