摘　　要：在跨境电商行业飞速发展的大环境下,跨境电商对商务英语专业人才的需求愈发旺盛。作为企业的人才培养基地,也为适应社会发展的需求,高校肩负着教学改革的重大任务。然而,当前高校的商务英语专业培养体系仍然存在人才培养目标模糊,专业教学内容滞后,实践课程体系匮乏,专业教学模式单一的问题,严重阻碍了教学工作的进步,难以满足用人单位的需求。基于此,文章从明确培养方向、优化教学资源、构建实践平台、完善评价体系四个方面提出了科学的应对策略,为相关专业的教学改革工作提出参考。In the context of the rapid development of the cross-border e-commerce industry,the demand of cross-border e-commerce for business English professionals is increasingly strong.As a talent training base for enterprises,colleges and universities shoulder the major task of teaching reform to meet the needs of social development.However,the current business English professional training system in colleges and universities stil has problems such as vague talent training objectives,lagging professional teaching content,and lack of practical curriculum system,which seriously hinders the progress of teaching work and is dfficult to meet the needs of employers.The paper puts forward scientific countermeasures from four aspects:clarifying the training direction,optimizing teaching resources,building a practice platform,and improving the evaluation system,so as to provide reference for the teaching reform of relevant majors.
