农业院校大学生服务乡村振兴使命感培育路径研究

摘　　要：乡村振兴关键在人才振兴,要想实现人才振兴,农业科技视野和创新创业能力是基础。农业院校培养教育知农爱农新型人才,为乡村振兴提供强大人才助力。研究农业院校大学生使命感的提高,有助于激发他们学农爱农、投身农业的热情,具有十分重要的现实意义。本研究结合农业院校的实际情况,分析服务全面推进乡村振兴背景下,农业院校大学生使命感培育的现状、问题及原因。在找准其中原因的基础之上,根据大学生使命感内外涵义及评价指标,提出服务乡村振兴农业院校大学生使命感的指标,从“优化课程建设、依托校园文化、参与社会实践、开展校友论坛、创新育人载体”五个维度提出农业院校大学生服务乡村振兴使命感的培育路径。The key to rural revitalization lies in talent revitalization.Agricultural science and technology vision,innovation and entrepreneurship ability are the foundation to achieve talent revitalization.Agricultural colleges and universities provide strong talent assistance for the rural revitalization and the cultivation of new-type talents who know and love agriculture.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the improvement of the sense of mission of agricultural college students,which will help stimulate their enthusiasm to learn about and love agriculture and devote themselves to agriculture.Based on the reality of agricultural colleges and universities,the study analyzes the current situation,problems and reasons of cultivating the sense of mission of agricultural college students under the background of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.On the basis of finding out the reasons,according to the internal and external meanings and evaluation indicators of the sense of mission of college students,this paper puts forward the indicators of the sense of mission of agricultural college students serving rural revitalization,and proposes the cultivation path of the sense of mission of agricultural college students serving rural revitalization from the five dimensions of""optimizing curriculum construction,relying on campus culture,participating in social practice,launching alumni forums,and innovating education carriers".
