摘　　要：《中国共产党章程》围绕党的执政能力建设,紧扣“先进性和纯洁性”这一党的建设和党性修养的总要求,立足道德的历史性、现实性和前瞻性相统一的原则,构建了“弘扬中华民族传统美德”“发扬社会主义新风尚、带头实践社会主义核心价值观和社会主义荣辱观”“提倡共产主义道德”“弘扬中华民族传统美德”完整的道德体系,并强调中国共产党员尤其是党的干部,在思想道德建设和社会道德生活中必须发挥表率、示范和引领作用,从而为加强自身道德修养确立了明确的目标、方向和境界。The Constitution of the Communist Party of China focuses on the construction of the Party's governing capacity,closely follows the general requirements of party construction and party spirit cultivation,and is based on the principle of the unification of historical,realistic and forward-looking morality.It has built a complete moral system of"carrying forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation","carrying forward the new socialist fashion and taking the lead in practicing the core socialist values and the socialist concept of honor and disgrace","advocating Communist morality"and"carrying forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation",and emphasizes that Chinese Communist Party members,in particular Party cadres should play an example,demonstration and leading role in ideological and moral construction and social moral life,thus establishing a clear goal,direction and realm for strengthening their own moral cultivation.
