新型农业经营体系与小城镇化的耦合协同研究——以湖南省长沙市为例

摘　　要：本文根据耦合理论并结合长沙市相关数据来研究新型农业经营体系与小城镇化的耦合协调关系。通过所建立的湖南省长沙市2012—2019年新型农业经营体系与小城镇化建设的耦合协调模型,借助熵值法算出权重,利用耦合协同公式计算两者之间的耦合度、协调系数和耦合协调度,并进行耦合协调度分析。结果表明:2012—2019年长沙市新型农业经营体系与小城镇化耦合协调度总体处于上升趋势;2012—2013年由严重失调变为濒临失调阶段;2014—2015年处于初级协调阶段;2016—2018年处于中级协调阶段;2019年处于初级协调阶段,基于此,应树立新发展理念,加快新时代城乡融合发展,创新发展特色农业小镇。Based on the coupling theory and the relevant data of Changsha,this paper studies the coupling coordination relationship between the new agricultural management system and small urbanization.Through the established coupling coordination model of new agricultural management system and small urbanization construction in Changsha from 2012 to 2019,the weight is calculated with the help of entropy method,and the coupling degree,coordination coefficient and coupling co scheduling between them are calculated by using the coupling coordination formula,and the coupling co scheduling is analyzed.The results show that from 2012 to 2019,the coupling and co scheduling of new agricultural management system and small urbanization in Changsha was generally on the rise.From 2012 to 2013,it changed from serious disorder to the stage of approaching disorder.The years from 2014 to 2015 witnessed the primary coordination phase.The intermediate coordination stage appeared from 2016 to 2018,while the initial coordination phase came again in 2019.On this basis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of establishing a new development concept,accelerating the integrated development of urban and rural areas in the new era,and innovating and developing characteristic agricultural towns.
