摘  要:本文针对某户外高频箱进行了散热方案设计,根据使用环境要求及内部热量,采取了密闭箱体结构,并进行结构一体化热设计,将空空换热器理念融入到结构设计中,解决了户外恶劣环境下密闭箱体散热问题。最后采用仿真论证的方式进行优化分析,并验证各环境因素的影响,最终证明该方案有效可行。A heat dissipation scheme is designed for an outdoor high frequency box in this paper.According to the environment and the internal heat,a closed box and structural integration thermal design is adopted.The concept of air-to-air heat exchanger is integrated into the structural design,which solves the heat dissipation problem of the closed box in harsh outdoor environment.Finally,an optimization analysis is carried out by means of simulation and demonstration,and the influence of various environmental factors is verified,which finally proves that the scheme is effective and feasible.
