摘 要:弹载产品遭受的冲击振动环境恶劣,其结构和元器件易出现过大的冲击振动而导致的结构破坏、元器件功能失效等动力学问题。以某弹载天线为研究对象,在简要介绍其结构组成和结构形式基础上,针对其抗力学环境条件,对弹载天线进行抗振动设计和抗冲击设计分析。基于结构有限元分析方法建立弹载天线的结构动力学模型,并对其进行模态分析、随机振动分析和冲击响应谱分析。结果表明,该弹载天线抗振动设计和抗冲击设计合理、有效。Shell-carried equipment usually undergoes harsh shock vibration environment,its structure and components prone to structural damage,functional failures and other dynamic because of excessive shock response.A shell-carried antenna was taken as the research object,on the basis of a brief introduction to the structure and composition,Anti-vibration design and Anti-shocking design under mechanical environment were analyzed.The shell-carried antenna structural dynamics model was established based on structural finite element method and its model analysis,random vibration and shock response spectrum analysis were carried out.The result shows that the Anti-vibration design and the Anti-shocking design are reasonable and effective.
