摘  要:为了保证变电站线路安全,增加电网稳定性,提出了甲基乙烯基硅橡胶绝缘套管的制备及其在架空线绝缘防护中的应用研究。利用四乙氧基硅烷、超纯水、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷等作为原料,经不断硫化配比获得最佳绝缘套管样品。通过分析甲基乙烯基硅橡胶绝缘套管在架空线绝缘防护应用情况,得出橡胶在有氧环境中会生成自由基,硅碳键具有可扩展的吸振峰,六甲基二硅氮烷在分解过程中会生成氨气,橡胶耐高温老化能力有显著的改善,绝缘效果较佳,令线路使用寿命延长。In order to ensure the safety of substation lines and increase the stability of power grid,the preparation of methyl vinyl silicone rubber insulating sleeve and its application in the insulation protection of overhead lines are proposed.Using tetraethoxysilane,ultrapure water,dimethyldiethoxysilane and other raw materials,the best insulating sleeve sample is obtained through continuous vulcanization ratio.Through the analysis of the application of methyl vinyl silicone rubber insulating sleeve in the insulation protection of overhead lines,it is concluded that the rubber will generate free radicals in the aerobic environment,the silicon carbon bond has an expandable vibration absorption peak,the hexamethyldisilazane will generate ammonia in the decomposition process,the rubber's high-temperature aging resistance has been significantly improved,the insulation effect is better,and the service life of the line is extended.
