摘 要:随着冰箱技术的发展和人们生活水平的提高,风冷无霜冰箱对市场的占有率在逐年递增,翅片蒸发器组件(翅片蒸发器+化霜加热器组成翅片蒸发器组件)和风道是无霜风冷冰箱的重要组成部件,冰箱在满足化霜条件时,化霜加热器启动,对翅片蒸发器和风道内表面进行化霜。此时化霜的热量传递方式有热辐射、热传导和热对流三种方式,其中热辐射和热对流对化霜结果的影响起着主要作用。辐射物体间的距离、辐射物体的相对位置及辐射物体的表面处理情况对热辐射的效果起着决定性的作用。流体的流动路径对热量的对流交换有着很大的影响。翅片蒸发器组件的表面处理情况和相对箱胆及风道的安装位置,会影响化霜加热器对翅片蒸发器和蒸发器接水盘的热辐射强度以及热量的传播路径,从而影响冰箱的化霜效果。本文以实际工作案例,浅谈翅片蒸发器表面情况、翅片蒸发器组件与化霜接水盘的不同位置以及风道与翅片蒸发器的相对位置对冰箱化霜的影响。With the development of refrigerator technology and the improvement of people's living standards,the market share of air-cooled frost-free refrigerator is increasing year by year.Finned evaporator assembly(finned evaporator + defrosting heater consists of finned evaporator assembly) and air duct are important components of frostfree air-cooled refrigerator.When the refrigerator meets the defrosting conditions,the defrosting heater starts to heat the finned evaporator and the inner surface of the duct.There are three modes of heat transfer in defrosting,namely heat radiation,heat conduction and heat convection,among these three modes the heat radiation and the heat convection play major roles in the influence of defrosting results.The distance between the radiating objects,the relative position of the radiating objects and the surface treatment of the radiating objects play a decisive role in the effect of thermal radiation.The flow path of fluid has great influence on the convective heat exchange.The surface treatment of the finned evaporator and the installation position of the tank and the air duct will affect the heat radiation intensity of the defrosting heater to the finned evaporator and the evaporator water plate and the heat propagation path,so as to affect the defrosting effect of the refrigerator.This article discusses the influence of the surface condition of the finned evaporator,the different positions of the finned evaporator assembly with the defrosting water plate and the relative position of the air duct with the finned evaporator on defrosting of refrigerator in the practical working cases.
