机械控制与电子控制风冷冰箱风道盖板通用设计研究

摘　　要：同一型号的风冷冰箱,电子控制和机械控制通常都是采用两套不同的风道盖板结构,需要两套不同的注塑模具。本文探讨如何最大程度统一两种不同的风道盖板,采用局部更换模具镶件的方法来实现用同一套模具进行两种不同控制方式风道盖板的生产,达到节省模具投入的目的。For the same model of no-frost refrigerator,electronic control type and mechanical control type usually adopt two different sets of air-duct cover plate,need two different sets of injection molds.This paper discusses how to unify two different air-duct cover plate to the greatest extent,and produce this two different control type of air-duct cover with the same set of mold by replacement of some small mold inserts,so as to achieve the purpose of saving mold investment.
