摘　　要：从实际生产问题出发,以开展QCC质量小组活动的形式对项目试产过程中出现的双摄像头客观测试Lens Shading暗角问题进行了全面的分析与研究。通过全面质量管理理论中的“人机料法环测”六大方面进行综合验证,并进行实际样机测试对比,最终得出引起问题的关键要因。Based on actual production problems,this paper conducted a comprehensive analysis and research on Lens Shading dark angle problem in the objective test of double cameras in the trial production of G0335D project in the form of carrying out QCC quality group activities.Through the comprehensive verification of the six aspects of “man-machine material test loop” in the theory of total quality management,and the comparison of actual prototype test,the key factors causing the problem are finally obtained.
