摘　　要：本文从割草机行业无刷电机中行星架的功能入手,阐述了一种新式全自动行星架组装设备的开发设计思路和实际应用情况。通过模具的二次定位开发,实现行星架压装销轴压装位置度的保证。行星架组装所需的物料小且三种各不相同,行星架板在组装过程中需精准插入模具三根销轴处,文章深入分析了销轴垂直定点搬运供料技术、自转角度修正技术两种关键技术在设备上的具体应用,在实际生产中,取得了很好的效果。为多种物料精准装配提供了技术经验。This paper starts with the function of planetary frame in brushless motor of Lawn-mower-Industry,and expounds the development and design idea and practical application of a new automatic planetary frame assembly equipment.Through the development of the second-positioning of the die,the guarantee of the position of the planet bracket pin is realized.Planet carrier assembly materials needed for the small and three kinds of each are not identical,planet carrier plate in the assembly process should be accurately inserted into the three pin shaft,the article deeply analyzes the pin shaft vertical fixed handling feed technology、the rotation Angle correction technology application of the two kinds of key technology on the device,in the actual production,has obtained the good effect.It provides technical experience for accurate assembly of various materials.
