摘　　要：目的探讨心力衰竭患者血清N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)、发动蛋白2(DNM2)与心脏储备功能及心肌耗能(MEE)的关系。方法选取安阳市人民医院2019年4月-2022年1月收治的70例心力衰竭患者作为实验组,并选取同期健康体检者64名作为对照组。对比两组人选者血清NT-proBNP、DNM2、心储备功能[舒张期时限/收缩期时限(D/S)、6min步行试验(6MWT)]、MEE,并通过Pearson相关性分析NT-proBNP、DNM2与心脏储备功能及MEE的相关性。结果与对照组入选者相比,实验组患者血清NT-proBNP和MEE显著更高,D/S和6MWT、DNM2水平显著更低(P<0.05);实验组患者血清NT-proBNP与D/S和6MWT水平呈负相关性,与MEE呈正相关性(P<0.05);血清DNM2水平与D/S和6MWT水平呈正相关性,与MEE呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论心力衰竭患者血清NT-proBNP、DNM2与与心脏储备功能及MEE存在明显的相关性。Objective To discuss the correlation of serum N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NTproBNP)and dynamin 2(DNM2)with cardiac reserve function and myocardial energy expenditure(MEE)in patients with heart failure.Methods 70 patients with heart failure in Anyang People's Hospital from April 2019 to January 2022 were enrolled as experimental group,and another 64 healthy individuals were set as control group.Serum NT-proBNP,DNM2,cardiac reserve function parameters[diastolic to systolic durations(D/S),6-minute walk test(6MWT)],and MEE were compared between two groups.Then Pearson correlation analysis was performed to discuss the correlation of serum NT-proBNP and DNM2 with cardiac reserve function and MEE in patients with heart failure.Results Compared with control group,experimental group had notably higher serum levels of NT-proBNP and MEE,shorter D/S,and lower 6MWT and DNM2,with statistical difference(all P<0.05).Serum NT-proBNP was negatively correlated with D/S and 6MWT,and positively correlated with MEE(P<0.05).Serum DNM2 level was positively correlated with D/S and 6MWT,and negatively correlated with MEE(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum NT-proBNP and DNM2 are notably correlated with cardiac reserve function and MEE in patients with heart failure.
