摘 要:轧钢加热炉在为钢坯加热的过程中会因为炉内压力的不稳定造成炉头处产生负压,从而使外界的冷风进入加热炉,对炉头处钢坯的加热造成一定影响。以某公司大型步进式轧钢加热炉为研究对象,对不同炉压下外部空气对炉头钢坯加热情况进行数值模拟,同时对比研究了炉头吸冷风和不吸冷风对钢坯加热的影响。结果表明:吸冷风主要影响炉头钢下表面和正面的温度均匀性;不同压差情况下加热炉内钢坯表面热流分布规律一致,主要影响钢坯表面热流的大小。In the process of heating billet for steel rolling furnace,sometimes there will be negative pressure at the furnace head due to the unstable pressure in the furnace,so that the cold air from outside will have a certain influence on the billet heating at the furnace head.A large stepping steel rlling furnace of a company is taken as the research object,numerical simulation is carried out on the heating situation of furnace head steel under different pressure of external air,and comparative study is made on the influence of cold air suction and no cold air suction on billet heating.The results show that the temperature uniformity of the lower surface and the front of the steel is mainly affected by the suction air.The distribution of heat flux on billet surface is consistent under different pressure difference conditions,which mainly affects the heat flux.
