摘 要:针对工业园区内变压器负载等多种因素影响导致配电网损耗较高的问题,提出基于负荷实测的工业园区配电网节能降损动态优化方法。考虑电容器组、分布式电源和有载调压变压器在配电网中的调节代价与能力,对工业园区配电网展开负荷实测。分析工业园区配电网负荷情况,根据分析结果将损耗最小作为优化目标,建立配电网节能降损动态优化模型。在约束条件的基础上采用粒子群优化算法获取模型最优解,实现工业园区配电网节能降损的动态优化。实验结果表明,所提方法优化后的网损率低、配电网效益高、降损潜力强。In view of the high loss of distribution network caused by transformer load and other factors in Industrial Park,a dynamic optimization method for energy saving and loss reduction of distribution network in Industrial Park Based on load measurement is proposed.Considering the regulation cost and capacity of capacitor banks,distributed generators and on load voltage regulating transformers in the distribution network,the load measurement of the distribution network in the industrial park is carried out.Analyze the load of the distribution network in the industrial park,take the minimum loss as the optimization goal according to the analysis results,and establish the dynamic optimization model of energy conservation and loss reduction of the distribution network.On the basis of constraints,particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to obtain the optimal solution of the model,so as to realize the dynamic optimization of energy conservation and loss reduction of distribution network in industrial park.The experimental results show that the optimized method has low network loss rate,high distribution network effciency and strong loss reduction potential.
