摘  要:真空炉的众多考量因素中,密封性能必须放在首位,密封不好直接的反应就是抽速慢,浪费时间能源,但对热区寿命的影响大家容易忽视,如果真空炉热区是石墨毡&石墨加热元件,保温层和发热体要不了多长时间就会碳化烧空,热区保温性越来越差,加热变慢;如果真空炉热区是金属屏,隔热层和加热带氧化并损坏。对于真空炉的密封性能指标参数,不同生产厂家有不同的指标,但目的性是一致的,都是判定真空炉是否存在泄漏。着重介绍国内常见的两种:泄漏率和压升率。不管真空炉生产厂家采用的哪一种,只要定期的测试结果低于出厂合格标准,就必须引起必要重视,并及时处理。Among the many factors to consider in vacuum furnace,sealing performance must be placed in the first place.The direct reaction of poor sealing is slow pumping speed,wasting time and energy,but the impact on the life of the hot zone is easy to ignore.If the hot zone of the vacuum furnace is graphite felt&graphite heating element,the insulation layer and heating body will be carbonized and burned out in less than a long time,the thermal insulation of the hot zone is worse and worse,and the heating becomes slow;If the hot zone of vacuum furnace is metal screen,the heat insulation layer and heating belt oxidized and damaged.For the sealing performance of vacuum furnace parameters,diferent manufacturers have different indicators,but the purpose is the same,they're both trying to determine if there's a leak in the vacuum furnace.This article focuses on two common domestic leakage rate and pressure rise rate.No matter which kind of index is adopted by the manufacturer,as long as the regular test results are lower than the factory qualification standard,necessary attention must be paid to,and timely treatment.
