摘　　要：碳化炉气封装置采用非接触式迷宫气封结构,使密封氮气在膨胀室膨胀产生压降,使气封内部压力处于较为稳定的动态平衡,以达到防止炉外空气渗入炉内和炉内废气渗到炉外的目的。气封端部开口大小配合不同的氮气使用量可以使气封内部达到相同的正压,使气封达到相同的密封效果,为了节省氮气使用量,同时方便操作,设计了新型开口调节装置。该调节装置通过密封垫片安装在气封壳上,通过升降机带动连接板上下移动,由标尺确定开口距离大小。导向座、导向杆构成导向机构,在连接板上下移动时可防止其倾斜导致左右开口不一致。盖板、限位板及连接板之间使用镍丝增强石墨盘根作为密封件,提高了密封件使用寿命。导向块使用等静压石墨制作,可防止碳丝接触导向块时起毛,同时使导向块上下距离调节到最小,使氮气使用量最小。此装置结构新颖,减轻了工人劳动强度,提高了调整效率,为生产线提速增产提供了方便。The gas seal device of the carbonization furnace adopts a non-contact labyrinth gas seal structure,which makes the sealed nitrogen expand in the expansion chamber and produce a pressure drop,so that the pressure inside the gas seal is in a relatively stable dynamic equilibrium,so as to prevent the air outside the furnace from seeping into the furnace and the waste gas inside the furnace from seeping into the furnace.The size of the end opening of the gas seal combined with different nitrogen usage can achieve the same positive pressure inside the gas seal,achieving the same sealing effect.In order to save nitrogen usage and facilitate operation,a new opening adjustment device has been designed.The adjustment device is installed on the gas seal shell through a sealing gasket,and the connecting plate is driven up and down by a lift.The opening distance is determined by a ruler.The guide seat and guide rod form a guiding mechanism,which can prevent the left and right openings from being inconsistent when the connecting plate moves up and down.The use of nickel wire reinforced graphite packing as a sealing element between the cover plate,limit plate,and connecting plate improves the service life of the sealing element.The guide block is made of isostatic pressure graphite,which can prevent the carbon wire from fuzzing when it comes into contact with the guide block.At the same time,the distance between the guide block and the bottom is adjusted to the minimum,so as to minimize the use of nitrogen.This device has a novel structure,reduces the labor intensity of workers,improves adjustment efficiency,and provides convenience for increasing production line speed and output.
