摘 要:电动汽车(electric vehicles,EV)的普及使得路网和配电网耦合关系越发深入,为了对EV有序调控以获得缓解路网拥堵和提升电网运行稳定性的双重功效,该文基于改进的用户均衡(user equilibrium,UE)原理和置信间隙决策理论,提出了路-电耦合配网调度与充电策略协同鲁棒优化模型。其中,改进的UE原理不仅可通过优化充电策略引导EV出行和充电,还可反映不同类型用户响应的差异性;置信间隙决策理论则可准确描述不确定参数,同时可弥补常规鲁棒优化方法过于保守的不足。算例应用表明,所提方法有利于通过充电策略有序引导EV出行和充电行为,并在不确定性环境下最小化路-电耦合系统的综合运行成本。The popularity of electric vehicles(EV)makes the coupling relationship stronger between the traffic and the grid.In order to achieve the dual effects of alleviating the traffic network congestion and improving the power network operation stability by an orderly regulation of the EV,and based on the improved user equilibrium(UE)principle and the confidence gap decision theory,a coordinated robust optimization model of the distribution network scheduling and charging strategy with the traffic-grid coupling is proposed in this paper.The improved UE principle adopted not only guides the EV travelling and charging by optimizing the charging strategy,but also reflects the different responses of the users.In addition,the confidence gap decision theory accurately describes the uncertain parameters and makes up for the conservatism of the conventional robust optimization method.Case analysis shows that the proposed method is able to guide the EV travelling and charging behaviors in an orderly manner through the charging strategy,and to minimize the comprehensive operating cost of the traffic-grid coupling system in the uncertain environment.
