摘 要:“双碳”目标推进下,电力系统大停电风险增大。面对规模较大的电网,基于网络流理论与直流潮流的目标网架生成方法求解效率较低,且难以快速通过交流校验。针对以上问题,提出一种高效的目标网架生成方法。首先分析建立目标网架生成的基本约束与模型。然后提出基于梯级流水法的高效的连通性约束,以提升模型整体求解效率。同时采用线性化交流潮流模型,构建能够反映系统无功分配与电压水平的最优目标网架。考虑线性化误差可能引起的潮流及电压越限问题,提出考虑功率损耗裕度与无功平衡裕度的线性化最优潮流及潮流校验反馈机制,从而显著提升方案的交流校验通过率。最后,构建目标网架生成的混合整数线性规划模型,并采用IEEE-39、IEEE-118节点系统以及我国西南某地区电网等多个算例验证所提方法的有效性和求解效率。The risk of a large power system outage increases under the promotion of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.In the face of a large-scale power network,the skeleton network generation based on the Network Flow theory and the DC power flow model seems inefficient in solving and being difficult to pass the AC verification quickly.In view of the above problems,an efficient method for generating skeleton network is proposed.Firstly,the basic constraints and models of the skeleton network generation are analyzed.Then an efficient connectivity constraint based on the cascade flow method is proposed to improve the overall solving efficiency of the model.Meanwhile,the linearized AC power flow model is used to construct an optimal skeleton network frame that may reflect the system reactive power distribution and voltage level.Considering the potential of a power flow or a voltage out-of-limit caused by the linearization error,a linearized optimal power flow and power flow verification feedback mechanism considering the power loss margin and the reactive power balance margin is proposed,which greatly improves the AC verification passing rate of the scheme.Finally,the Mixed Integer Linear Programming(MILP)model of the skeleton network generation is constructed,and several cases in the IEEE-39,IEEE-118 system and from a regional power network in southwest China are used to verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method.
