摘  要:针对目前局部放电声电联合定位中传感器阵列和定位算法设计缺乏统一评价指标的问题,通过对到达时间差算法误差来源进行分析,提出通过蒙特卡洛模拟对阵列及定位算法的定位能力进行定量分析的方法。综合考虑空间限制和定位能力,应用上述方法对平面圆形阵列阵元数量和阵列半径进行了优化,并确定平面圆形阵列的最优阵列半径为35 mm,阵元数量为4~6个。随后基于所提方法,针对4阵元平面圆形阵列对到达时间差算法求解过程进行了优化,提出先通过一次方程组解得x、y后,回带误差最小二乘函数计算z坐标的方法,大幅减小了计算量。最后利用有限元仿真软件和油中放电实验平台,对所设计4阵元圆形阵列及局部放电定位算法进行了验证,定位误差小于65 mm。In this paper,considering the lack of unified evaluation for the sensor array and the localization algorithm design in the acoustic-electric joint localization,a method to quantitatively analyze the localization capability of these algorithms and arrays by the Monte Carlo simulation is proposed,based on the analysis of error sources of the Time Difference of Arrival algorithm.Considering the space limitation and localization capability,the amount of the elements in planar circular arrays and their radiuses are optimized.The results show that the optimal array radius is 35mm and the amount of array elements is 4~6.Further,based on the proposed method,the solving process of Time Difference of Arrival algorithm is optimized.Firstly,x and y are calculated from the first-order equations.Then z is obtained by the least square error function.The algorithm significantly reduces the amount of calculation.Finally,the finite element simulation software and the in-oil discharge experiment platform are used to verify the proposed array and algorithm.The results show that the localization errors of the proposed sensor array and localization algorithm are less than 65 mm.
