摘 要:以废纸及废弃的秸秆纤维为原料制备平板状纸浆模塑,研究不同废纸/秸秆纤维原料配比,浆内单独及复合添加各类助剂对纸模制品强度性能的影响。实验结果表明,100%废纸为原料制备的纸浆模塑制品强度性能优于其他废纸/秸秆纤维原料配比,并且浆内添加一定比例的CS、PVA、CPAM及CMC均可增强试样的强度,优化后的助剂添加量分别为:1%-2%、0.5%~1%、0.03%~0.08%、0.4%~0.8%。此外,通过CS、PVA、CPAM及CMC分别与AKD联用,进一步研究助剂与AKD之间的交互作用及其对试样强度性能的影响,发现助剂复合使用使纸模制品的抗张强度和耐破度均有所提高,具有协同作用。Using waste paper and waste straw fiber as raw materials to prepare flat paper pulp molding,the influence of different waste paper/straw fiber raw material ratio,and the addition of various additives in pulp on the strength and performance of paper molding products was studied.The experimental results show that the strength performance of the molded pulp products prepared with 100%waste paper as raw material was better than other waste paper/straw fiber raw material ratio.Moreover,the addition of CS,PVA,CPAM and CMC in the pulp could enhance the strength of the sample,and the optimized additive amounts were as follows:1%-2%,0.5%-1%,0.03%-0.08%,0.4%-0.8%.In addition,by using CS,PVA,CPAM and CMC in combination with AKD,the interaction between the additive and AKD and its influence on the strength of the sample were further studied.It was found that the composite use of the additive could improve the tensile strength and break resistance of the paper mold products,which had a synergistic effect.
