摘 要:纸张洗涤过程中极易受多段逆流控制参数波动影响,导致过程出现稳定性差和质量低等问题。为此设计一种考虑多段逆流特性的稳态控制数学模型。首先,通过操作模式优化概念,对多段逆流洗涤过程进行分析,将纸浆洗涤的操作参数与洗涤过程相结合,综合得出多段逆流洗涤的参数波动问题原因;其次,根据分析结果将优质、高产、低耗作为优化目标,建立纸浆洗涤过程稳态控制目标函数,设置相关约束条件,结合目标函数和约束条件构成纸浆洗涤过程稳态控制数学模型;最后,采用灰狼优化算法求解上述建立的模型,实现纸浆洗涤过程的稳态控制。实验结果表明,所提方法对纸张洗涤的整体过程进行了有效调整,通过调节黑夜波美度与残碱之间的矛盾,提升纸张洗涤过程中的稳定性,保证了纸浆洗涤的质量与产量。The paper washing process is easily affected by the fluctuation of multi-stage countercurrent control parameters,resulting in poor stability and low quality of the process.For this reason,a steady-state control mathematical model considering multi-stage countercurrent characteristics is designed.First of all,through the concept of operation mode optimization,the multi-stage countercurrent washing process is analyzed,and the operating parameters of pulp washing are combined with the washing process,and the reasons for the parameter fluctuation of multi-stage countercurrent washing are comprehensively obtained.Secondly,according to the analysis results,taking high quality,high yield and low consumption as the optimization objectives,the steady state control objective function of pulp washing process is established,and the related constraints are set up.Combining the objective function and constraints,the steady state control mathematical model of pulp washing process is formed.Finally,the grey wolf optimization algorithm is used to solve the above model and realize the stable control of pulp washing process.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively adjust the overall process of paper washing,improve the stability of paper washing process by adjusting the contradiction between the Baume degree of black liquor and residual alkali,and ensure the quality and output of paper washing.
