摘 要:竹材是制浆造纸生产中最常用且最关键的材料,以竹材为制浆造纸材料的工艺技术具备不可小觑的实践应用优势。当前受制于造纸产业规模化发展趋势,必须适度调整与改进竹材制浆造纸工艺流程,贯彻落实竹材质量全面检控,以此不仅可显著提高竹材造纸综合效益,还可有效节省制浆造纸生产资源。主要对竹材制浆造纸工艺技术进行了全面分析,并对其在造纸生产中所面临的问题及应对策略做了详细阐述。Bamboo is the most commonly used and key material in pulp and paper production.The technology of using bamboo as pulp and paper material has practical application advantages that cannot be underestimated.At present,restricted by the trend of large-scale development of the paper industry,it is necessary to appropriately adjust and improve the bamboo pulp and paper process,and implement the comprehensive inspection and control of bamboo quality,which can not only significantly improve the comprehensive benefits of bamboo pulp and paper,but also effectively save pulp and paper production resources.This paper mainly analyzes the technology of bamboo pulp and paper making,and expounds the problems and countermeasures in paper making.
