摘　　要：目的观察阿仑膦酸钠联合碳酸钙D3片治疗糖尿病合并骨质疏松的疗效。方法选取我院2022年1月~2022年12月收治的110例糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组(n=55),其中对照组采用碳酸钙D3片治疗,观察组采用阿仑膦酸钠联合碳酸钙D3片治疗。评估两组患者的临床疗效、骨密度、骨代谢指标及疼痛程度。结果观察组总有效率及骨钙素N端中分子片段(N-MID)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组腰椎、股骨颈、股骨转子、华氏三角区的骨密度均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)水平及VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者,采用阿仑膦酸钠联合碳酸钙D3片治疗可有效提升患者的骨密度,调节骨代谢指标,改善患者的临床症状。Objective To observe the effect of alendronate sodium combined with calcium carbonate D3 tablets in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis.Methods A total of 110 patients with diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis enrolled in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into control group and observation group(n=55)according to random number method.The control group was treated with calcium carbonate D3 tablets,and the observation group was treated with alendronate sodium combined with calcium carbonate D3 tablets.The clinical efficacy,bone mineral density,bone metabolism indexes and pain degree of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate and N-terminal middle molecular fragment of osteocalcin(N-MID)level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the bone density of lumbar spine,femoral neck,femoral trochanter and Fahrenheit triangle in observation group were higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the bone isoenzyme alkaline phosphatase(BALP)level and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis,alendronate sodium combined with calcium carbonate D3 tablets can effectively improve the bone mineral density of patients,regulate bone metabolism indexes,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
