摘  要:在工业生产中,液-液两相体系的分离一直是精细化工领域常见的流程操作。在杀虫剂炔螨特原油的生产中,产品溶解于甲苯,与反应体系中的水、氯化钠溶液形成液-液两相体系,实际生产中需要操作工人现场开关阀门进行分层操作,生产装置自动化水平低。本文基于有机相和水相电导率差异,利用在线电导率仪作为前端信号采集设备,控制出口阀门自动切换,实现水相与有机相分离,并在炔螨特原油生产中进行验证。该方法可以有效提高产品质量的稳定性和生产工艺安全性,可为精细化工行业中的相似工艺过程提供参考。In industrial production,the separation of liquid-liquid two-phase systems has always been a common process operation in the field of fine chemicals.In the production of insecticide propargite crude oil,the product is dissolved in toluene and forms a liquid-liquid two-phase system with water and sodium chloride solution in the reaction system.In actual production,it is necessary to operate workers to open and close valves on-site for layered operation,resulting in low automation level of the production equipment.Based on the difference in conductivity between organic and aqueous phases,this paper proposes using an online conductivity meter as a front-end signal acquisition device to control the automatic switching of the outlet valve,achieving the separation of the aqueous and organic phases,and verifying it in the production of propargite crude oil.This method can effectively improve the stability of product quality and production process safety,and can provide reference for similar process in the fine chemical industry.
