摘 要:四氢噻吩衍生物是以四氢噻吩环为基本骨架的一类重要化合物,不仅在自然界中分布广泛,在医药、食品、工业等方面也有广泛的应用,因此受到化学领域研究者的极大关注。本文对四氢噻吩衍生物在医药、食品领域的应用,以及不同硫源(硫醚、二噻烷和其他硫源)为底物合成四氢噻吩衍生物的方法进行综述。Tetrahydrothiophene derivatives are an important class of compounds with a tetrahydrothiophene ring as their basic backbone.They are not only widely distributed in nature,but also have a wide range of applications in medicine,food and industry,and therefore have received great attention from researchers in the field of chemistry.In this paper,the applications of tetrahydrothiophene derivatives in the fields of medicine and food,and the methods of synthesizing tetrahydrothiophene derivatives from different sulfur sources(thioether,dithiane and other sulfur sources)as substrates are reviewed.
