摘  要:在均苯四甲酸二酐-4,4′-二氨基二苯醚-苯二胺(PMDA-ODA-PDA)分子结构中引入含有酰胺结构的二胺单体4,4'-二氨基苯酰替苯胺(DABA),通过无规共聚法制备PI薄膜,采用TMA和万能试验机对薄膜热膨胀系数和物理力学性能进行表征。结果表明:引入DABA单体后,聚酰亚胺薄膜的热膨胀系数下降,通过调整DABA单体含量,制备出同时满足较低热膨胀系数和较高断裂伸长率的PI薄膜,该薄膜兼具较高的拉伸强度和弹性模量,满足高尺寸稳定性聚酰亚胺薄膜的性能需求。Introduction of diamine monomer 4,4′-diaminobenzoyl anilide(DABA)containing amide structure into the molecular structure of pyromellitic dianhydride-4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether-phenylenediamine(PMDA-ODA-PDA),preparation of polyimide films by random copolymerization.The thermal expansion coefficient and physical and mechanical properties of thin films were characterized by TMA and universal testing machine.The results show that:after the introduction of DABA monomer,the thermal expansion coefficient of the polyimide film decreases,by adjusting the DABA monomer content,the polyimide films with lower thermal expansion coefficient and higher elongation at break were prepared,and high tensile strength and elastic modulus,can meet the performance requirements of high dimensional stability polyimide film.
