摘　　要：针对国内生产聚乙烯醇工艺中,特别是低醇解度聚乙烯醇产品中甲醇含量偏高的问题,对其影响因素进行分析,提出工艺参数的优化、设备控制参数的调整等措施,最终降低了低醇解度聚乙烯醇中的甲醇含量,提升了产品的市场竞争力,更加适应当前绿色环保发展理念。Aiming at the problem of high methanol content in domestic production of polyvinyl alcohol,especially in low alcoholysis polyvinyl alcohol products,the influencing factors were analyzed,and measures such as optimization of process parameters and adjustment of equipment control parameters were proposed.Finally,the methanol content in low alcoholysis polyvinyl alcohol was reduced,the market competitiveness of the products was improved,and the current concept of green and environmental protection development was better adapted.
