固载型TiO_(2)光催化模块应用于城镇污水协同消毒中试研究

摘　　要：采用固载型TiO_(2)光催化模块协同紫外线消毒,能提高紫外线消毒的速度和反应效率,降低消毒所需的紫外线辐射剂量,降低浊度对紫外线消毒效果的影响,减少紫外线消毒常见的“光复活”现象,同时还能一定程度上强化尾水COD去除,降低UV254,减少出水生态毒性。在渠式紫外线消毒基础上,增加光催化模块,停留时间9 s时,可达到3.75对数级的灭活率,出水粪大肠杆菌数低于103CFU/L,较单纯紫外线消毒反应器12 s停留时间的灭活效果更好;同时显著降低浊度对紫外线消毒效果的影响,降低光复活率,对出水UV254去除率高达48%,是紫外消毒UV254去除率的2倍以上。光催化反应器可以减少消毒过程的能耗,降低运行成本,提高紫外线消毒效果可靠性。Using photocatalytic module with immobilized TiO_(2)and ultraviolet disinfection,can improve the speed of ultraviolet disinfection and the reaction efficiency,reduce the ultraviolet radiation dose,reduce turbidity effect on ultraviolet disinfection,reduce the common"photoreactivation"phenomenon in ultraviolet disinfection,but also strengthen COD removal in effluent,decrease UV254,reduce effluent ecological toxicity.Based on the open channel UV reactor,adding photocatalytic module,when the residence time was 9 s,the logarithmic series of inactivation rate can arrive 3.75,and Fecal Escherichia coli count was less than 103CFU/L,which was better than that only of the ultraviolet disinfection reactor with the residence time of 12 s.At the same time,the influence of turbidity on ultraviolet disinfection effect is significantly reduced,and the light resurrection rate is reduced.The removal rate of UV254 in produced water is as high as 48%,which is more than two times that only of the ultraviolet disinfection.The photocatalytic reactors can reduce the energy consumption in the disinfection process,reduce the operating cost,and improve the reliability of ultraviolet disinfection effect.
